However, the Visitor acknowledges that boostmypension.co.uk cannot be responsible for changes in the Supplier’s services which are contrary to the information supplied on the website.
4. boostmypension.co.uk does not guarantee to provide the Service free of faults. In the event of a fault in the Service, the Visitor should report it by e-mail on the address provided.
5. boostmypension.co.uk may at any time withdraw any Supplier (or any product or service of a Supplier) from the Service.
6. Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the content accessed using the Services is the property of the applicable content owner or Supplier and may be protected by applicable copyright or other law. The Agreement gives the Visitor no rights to such content.
7. All intellectual property rights (including all copyright, patents, trade marks, service marks, trade names, designs (including the "look and feel" and other visual or non-literal elements) whether registered or unregistered) in the boostmypension.co.uk website shall remain the property of boostmypension.co.uk and the Visitor shall not, and shall not attempt to obtain any title to any such intellectual property rights.
